Retirement: B) Letter Informing Employee of a Meeting to discuss their Request to Work Beyond the Expected Retirement Date LRET02 £4 plus VAT

If an employee requests to work beyond his/her expected retirement, the employer is obliged to arrange a meeting to discuss the request. The employee has the right to be accompanied by a person employed in the same organisation, to the meeting. The employer is obliged to consider the request at the meeting, but is not obliged to agree to the request. This document meets the legal requirements for arranging the necessary meeting, and advising the employee of his/her rights.
