Recruitment – Decision not to recruit anyone to the post. LREC01 £4 plus VAT

Employers should use this if a management decision has been made not to recruit to the role. This may occur because of a change in the organisation structure, or financial restraints. In addition, an employer should not be afraid of using this in the event of failing to attract any satisfactory applicants that meet the essential criteria listed in the person specification for the role.
