Anti-Harassment and Bullying Policy PAHB01 £16 plus VAT

This policy specifically addresses harassment and bullying. These types of behaviour are defined in the policy, so that no worker can be in doubt as to what amounts to harassment or bullying. It makes it clear that workers are able to raise these allegations, and be protected from victimisation or retaliation for having done so. The policy sets out the procedure for dealing with any allegations of harassment or bullying, and cross refers to the disciplinary policy in dealing with any harasser or bully. This document sets out a comprehensive policy and procedure to tackle these issues, and is suitable for any business of any size.
