Redundancy: C) Details of the Proposed Redundancy Selection Criteria LRED07 £4 plus VAT

In the event that a redundancy, or number of redundancies, need to be made from a distinct group of employees then the question of fair selection becomes critical in the assessment of the fairness of any resulting redundancy. This letter is to be sent to the group of affected employees with the proposed selection criteria. The letter provides the employees with the opportunity to comment on the proposed selection criteria. This is part of a fair redundancy procedure.
