Redundancy: F) Offer of Alternative Work LRED05 £4 plus VAT

This letter is suitable for offering an employee that has been selected for redundancy an alternative role. The letter serves as notice to end the “old” job, and simultaneously offer a “new” job. This should be sent with the contract for the new role. The letter explains the right to a trial period in the new role, and invites the individual to raise any concerns about the new role. The letter also advises the employee of the risk of losing the right to a redundancy payment if he/she unreasonably rejects the offer of the new role.
